Can I freeze or extend my membership?
Yes! Simply give us 7 days’ notice and pay a £35 monthly fee. You can freeze your membership for up to 6 months each year in one-month increments. If you haven't reached your 6-month limit, you can extend your freeze with another 7 days' notice before your resume date.

How do guest passes work?
Members receive two complimentary guest passes per month. Guests get full club access and 50% off any classes they book. Simply register your guest in the app before their visit.
Can I change my home club?
Absolutely. Log into your member portal, go to “Club Preferences,” and select your new home club. Or email us and we’ll switch it for you within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes—upgrades are seamless. Choose a higher tier in your portal; any pro-rata difference will be applied to your next payment. Enjoy your new benefits instantly!
Can I get a replacement card?
Replacement cards cost £10. Request yours in-club or via our Help Centre, and we’ll have it ready on your next visit.
Can I cancel a class without penalty?
Cancel more than 12 hours before your booked class to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows carry a £5 fee.
What is the notice, duration, and cost of freezing my membership?
You need 7 days’ notice. Freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 3 months per calendar year. The freeze fee is £15/week.
How can I cancel my membership?
